Spring Fever BOM

During the monthly sewing sessions, the following techniques will be taught:
- hand applique
- English paper piecing, and 
- machine piecing
- hand piecing, optional

The BOM program for 2026 is available as two options:
- 56 " x 43" quilt as made per pattern will be 8 months (February - September)
OR - 68" x 55" quilt with additional borders will be 11 months (February - December)

The cost of the BOM program is $30 per month, which includes fabric for the quilt top. SIGNING UP FOR THE BOM IS A COMMITTMENT TO THE ENTIRE PROGRAM, FROM FEBRUARY 2026 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2026 OR DECEMBER 2026.  The allows Shawn's to offer the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee.  

Class fee does not include the pattern or the class supplies.  You will receive a 20% discount on class supplies purchased at Shawn's.  
Supplies needed:
- Spring Fever pattern
- heat resistant template plastic
- sandpaper board
- water soluble marking pen
- sheer weight fusible interfacing, Pellon 906f or Callie Del Featherweight fusible
- Karen K Buckley Perfect Circles
- Karen K Buckley Perfect Leaves, optional
- Cut-Rite Heavy Duty Freezer Paper
- Milliners #10 needles (Tulip recommended)
- Applique #10 needles (Tulip recommended), optional
- needle threader, optional
- Aurifil thread 50 weight, color 2311 or 2375 for pieces
- Aurifil thread for applique, 80 weight optional
- 1/4" bias tape maker
-  Sewline glue pen plus glue refills
- Roxanne Glue-Baste-It
- Stiletto (By Annie or other)
- Wonder Clips or Sew-Tites
- Scissors for cutting fabric
- Scissors for cutting plastic and paper
- Sewing machine in good working order, including power cord and foot control
- Basic sewing supplies including seam ripper, pins, etc.
- Rotary cutter with rulers (cutting mats are available in class)
- Light box/pad

Not all supplies will be needed for every class. A supply list for the first class will be provided.

Please feel free to bring a sack lunch or snack to the all day class.
